Eurêka Poker is a web-based poker replayer that lets you analyze, share and replay online poker sessions. The service is compatible with several online poker rooms (Winamax, Betclic, PartyPoker, PMU, ParionsSport, etc.).

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

Using the Eurêka Poker website (https://eureka-poker.fr) implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms of use. These terms apply to all users of the service.

Eurêka Poker provides:

12. TERMINATION

12.1 Termination by the user

The user may close their account at any time by contacting us. Data deletion will be carried out as soon as possible.

12.2 Termination by the publisher

We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in case of violation of these terms.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction after an attempt at amicable resolution.
