How to find your Betclic hand histories
Betclic now only offers a single software client (Betclic Poker France). However, players may still have hand histories coming from older formats or previous versions of the client, depending on when the hands were played. This guide explains how to enable saving, where to find your files, and how to handle older Betclic hand histories.

🚀 Enable hand history saving on Betclic (current client)
Open Betclic Poker
Go to Settings → Hand History
Enable “Save hand history locally”
Play at least one hand: the history folder is created after your first session
💡 Important:
If you don’t play any hand after enabling saving, no file will be generated.
📁 Where are Betclic hand history files located?
Locations may vary depending on your system and the software version used when the hands were played.

The Library folder is hidden by default: Finder → Go → Go to Folder… then paste the path.
📌 About older Betclic hand histories
Even if the old Betclic client no longer exists, you can still:
✔ Import histories played before the migration
✔ Analyze hands from older formats
✔ Keep your personal data for long-term tracking
➡️ As long as the files are in .txt format, they can still be used.

📩 Retrieve your histories via Betclic
If you no longer have the files locally, you can:
Request your history directly from the Betclic software
Or contact Betclic support and specify:
• Your nickname
• The desired time period
⚠️ The provided history is usually limited to a specific time period.
📊 Import your hands into Eurêka Poker
Locate the matching History folder
Select the .txt files or the entire folder
In Eurêka Poker → Import
Drag & drop or select the folder
Your hands are immediately ready to be analyzed.
