Common issues
I can’t find my hand histories on my PC
Enable the "Save hand histories" option in your room’s software. Each room uses a different folder (see the guides above).
My files won’t import
Make sure they aren’t compressed (.zip) and aren’t incomplete. Also make sure they come from a supported room.
I play on mobile
Some rooms don’t save hands on mobile. Use the desktop app to export your hand histories.
I’m on Mac and I can’t find anything
The ~/Library folder is hidden by default on macOS. Use Finder → Go → Go to Folder… and paste the path. Play one hand after enabling saving: some folders are only created after your first session.
